Welcome to TerazRozumiem. By accessing or using our service at terazrozumiem.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About the Service

TerazRozumiem is an interactive Polish grammar learning platform aimed at A2-level learners. We provide structured exercises, spaced repetition, and progress tracking to help you learn Polish grammar effectively.

2. Account Registration

To use TerazRozumiem you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it. We currently support Google sign-in only.

3. Free Trial

You get a 3-day free trial when you first sign up. No credit card is required to start your trial. Full access to all lessons and features is included during the trial period.

The trial begins at the moment you create your account. After 3 days, access to lessons will be paused until you choose a subscription plan. Your progress and data are always kept safe.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

After your trial ends, you can subscribe to one of the following plans:

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. Prices are in Polish Złoty (PLN) and include applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal (accessible from your account settings). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the period ends.

6. Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of a new subscription charge if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact us at hello@terazrozumiem.com. Refunds are not available for charges older than 7 days or for partial billing periods.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TerazRozumiem — including lesson exercises, text, design, and code — is owned by TerazRozumiem or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service. You may not copy or redistribute any content.

9. Privacy and Data

We collect only the data necessary to provide the service — your Google account information, learning progress, and exercise history. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase.

By using the service you also agree to Google's and Stripe's privacy policies, as we use their infrastructure for authentication and payments.

10. Availability

We aim to keep TerazRozumiem available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
